1. Overview:

The transaction code mb5b is the report for sending and receiving data within the selected period.

The receiving and sending information is collected and sent during the selected period, and stored as the inventory data at the beginning and end of the selected period;

We can also use this report to query the inventory of a previous day, but note that there are some restrictions.

2. Description of query conditions: 1. Selection of inventory types

• Select "Storage LOC./BAT stock)
  Only the inventory at the inventory location level is displayed, and the inventory at the factory level is not displayed (the inventory at the special and factory level is in transit)
  You can only view the number of sending and receiving storages, but cannot view the amount;
  The query results are summarized by the material factory. If the materials are batch managed, they are summarized by materials, factories, and batches;
• Select "valuated stock" to query the sending and receiving status of a certain item at the entire factory level. You can view the quantity and amount of the receiving and receiving stock.
  No matter whether materials are batch managed or not, the query results are summarized by materials and factories.
  Note: Other query conditions (such as inventory location, batch, special inventory tag, evaluation type, and moving type) cannot be entered)
• Select speical stock to query the receiving and receiving summary of special inventory, such as customer consignment, supplier consignment, and sales order.
  The query results are summarized based on the materials, factories, and special inventory types;
  Note: The specific customer code and sales order number corresponding to the special stock are not displayed.

2. When you enter the mobile type, the input period is required. The data at the beginning and end of the period may be inaccurate because the mobile type is limited.

3. process the offset credential.

By default, the system will display the message shipping offset in the "Total number of outgoing mails", which may not be our expectation. We can check the "no offset movement" button ", however, note that only the selected period of the Offset credential and the offset credential can be selected. Otherwise, the inventory at the end of the period may be inaccurate.

4. Set "display format". Most enterprises prefer non-hierarchical display format.

3. Summary

For the description of mb5b, SAP does not recommend that you use mb5b to process a large amount of data.
