Company A is on the verge of bankruptcy due to financial issues and employees have to leave. Then I went to a travel company (Company B) to create a website for them. The trial period is one to three months, and the boss will only sign the contract for me after three months. After I signed the contract, I did not immediately pay my insurance (five insurances). After two months, I found that the insurance amount was not deducted from my salary, I will ask the personnel department. The personnel department manager said that the task has been completed and it is estimated that it has not been completed yet. Let me wait. Well, I waited for another month and found that I still did not deduct the insurance. I asked again, and the answer I got was that I had handed it in and handled it well. I did not believe his words this time. I called the Social Security Center to ask, and I learned that the company did not apply for insurance for me. Then I kept asking the manager of the personnel department for three days. When can my insurance work be done? As soon as he saw it, he had to handle it for me. At this time, it has been three months since the contract was signed. Insurance is not trustworthy, and the boss is not trustworthy because of salary and bonus issues. It was said that there was a 500 yuan prize each month. Later, the 500 yuan Prize became a task bonus, that is, if there was a task to be sent, and if there was no task to be sent, it would be okay, although there were some discrepancies with the original agreement, but there was no job to do without a bonus, it could be justified. Later, this job bonus became the bonus that the boss considered for our work. For example, in February last December, we worked overtime until every night and received the 500 yuan prize. In February January this year, we only paid 7 days for the class, the boss said that we did not have enough work, so we deducted a part of the bonus (100, 200, and I was deducted 100 ). Oh, sorry! I'm speechless... Then he explicitly proposed that every Monday, Thursday, and Thursday, we should attend classes until in the evening. Of course, there is no additional overtime. At best, you can get a job bonus of 500 yuan. Haha.

As Company B's practice was really unfriendly, I left and went on to a media company (hereinafter referred to as Company C ). This company has a profitable website. My task is to maintain the website and develop some small enterprise sites. Before entering Company C, the person in charge of our department promised that my salary would be 2500 + Five insurances. On the first day after I came, we raised the salary issue again. He said the boss would only accept 2300 + Five risks. I said that you promised 2500. Then he said, we will discuss it later and talk to the boss. So this is a temporary task. Now it's time to sign the contract, and the person in charge said to me: The boss said, the salary is controlled between 2000 and 2200. What should I say about him ?? Not trustworthy? I think the word "untrustworthy" is definitely irrelevant to him. Merchants value profit. Who cares about credit in the face of interest? Integrity and interests, he will only choose interests. I am hesitating. Will it be his 2000 to 2200? Will I continue to stay? Or will I leave if I can't reach the 2500 I talked about? If so, will this happen in the future? If I leave, where can I find the honest boss and honest enterprise?
