IWork for icloud add real-time collaboration functionality

When Apple announced at its October ipad launch that its iwork office suite would be completely free and online for the iwork for icloud platform, it is believed that many people are beginning to get caught up in Apple's move again. But while the new iwork has integrated the icloud functionality and added more cloud services, it has been weakened by the functionality of the app itself, but Apple's announcement that it will join the new Instant Collaboration feature, the more accessible sharing feature, has attracted a lot of attention.

Now that these collaboration features are officially online, Apple has added many other features to pages, keynote, and numbers.

Details of the newly added collaboration features are as follows:

View the items that are currently being edited by all collaborating users

Each user who edits the file can turn on or off the "cursor and selection" button and see the other person's real-time changes

Clicking on the author's name will immediately jump to the current cursor position of the author who wrote it.

Keynote can control the current content of others while viewing collaborative pictures and animations

Supports printing files and reports directly from the toolbar menu

Added folder features to facilitate user management of documents

In addition, Apple has added a reordering and hyperlinks feature for numbers when viewing spreadsheets from the browser. Keynote adds extra right-click on any slide and skips the current playback page function.
