Laravel Framework use command on MAC npm run dev times wrong problem

In the fourth chapter, one step is to compile the. scss file generated by default into a. css Laravel.

NPM Run Dev

But I this stubborn, deleted cross-env or not, error:

SH 1: Node_modules/webpack/bin/webpack.js:permission denied

I look at the permission to refuse, then I will sudo, or not, friends remind me to file a 777 bar, so I tried a bit

chmod 777 Node_modules/webpack/bin/webpack.js

The permission error is gone, but a new error has been reported:

Error  2 errors                                  error  in. /resources/assets/sass//home/vagrant/ code/sample/node_modules/node-sass/vendor/linux-x64-/findfor64  8. x

Seems to be related to node sass binding problem, seemingly not much of a problem, although I still on the Stack Overflow searched:
