Solution:
1. First check the screen error information, such as Error s.m.a.r.t (as shown below), please try to back up your own data, this error is hard disk damage or abnormal, we suggest you go to Lenovo after-Sales service center to detect hard disk.

2. If it is not the black screen error of scenario 1, please unplug all external devices (including external mouse, external keyboard, external network card, external wireless network card, USB flash drive, CD-ROM, mobile hard disk, etc.), and then restart the quick tapping F2 into the BIOS interface (as shown below), press the F9 key after the popup window select "YES option, press ENTER to confirm, press F10 to select the "YES" option and press ENTER to confirm the save. The laptop will restart to see if it can enter the system normally.
3. If after the completion of Scenario 2, still unable to enter the system, it is recommended that you back up the data after reinstalling the system test, if the system is not properly installed or the installation is still error, please go to the Lenovo Service network to detect product hardware.

Situation two: After boot screen card on the blue background screen, there is a white error message.
1. First check the screen error message, such as the error code: 0X0000007B
Please restart the quick Tap F2 enter the BIOS interface to change the configuration of the SATA controller mode to AHCI (as shown below), if the BIOS is already this option (that is, it is already AHCI), Change to another option compatible, then press the F10 button, select "Yes" and press ENTER to save. At this point the notebook will be restarted to see if the blue screen error, if not error selection screen above the "normal start" can be normal use.
2. If the blue screen error code is not a program 1 error message, please restart the computer, the restart after the rapid tapping F8 key until the system menu (as shown below), select the last Known Good Configuration login to see if the normal use, if you can enter the system normally can be used normally.
