Light, color, complementary color

Today, I listened to Li Tao's PS lecture and talked about the color. It was quite good. It gave me a better understanding of the color.

We see a color, such as red, and the light that enters the eyes must be red. There are two possible sources: one is a light source that sends only red light; the other is a reflective object that absorbs only red light. The former reflects the color of light, and the latter reflects the color of the object. In essence, light is a mixture of multiple colors, and white light can be imagined as a complete set of visible light. In this case, the object has color a, which means that the object can absorb all the other colors except a, that is, the complementary set of. Therefore, we can thoroughly understand the following phenomena:

1. colored light hits the white wall. The wall is white, the white is a complete set, and the complementary set is empty. Therefore, the white wall does not absorb any objects. That is: what we see on the wall is light, that is, there is no reduction in the reflection process. The light is mixed on the white wall. Although we can see the result through reflection, the result is the same as that sent directly to the eyes without reflection, because the white walls do not hide any light.

2. The blue light and the green light intersect to obtain the blue light. Blue light = blue light + green light.

3. The colors are red, green, and blue. White light = blue light + green light + red light.

4. The red light hits the blue wall and the result is black (premise: no other light source ). Definition of the blue wall: it can absorb the blue makeup, which is known by the two equations above. Therefore, the blue wall can absorb red. Red light hits the blue wall, all absorbs, the reflection is 0, see: black.

(Complementary)

5. So what is complementary colors? The complementary color is that the two colors add up to the white color. If an object has a certain color, then its complementary colors will be completely annihilated.

6. How do I understand the color scheme in image processing? The computer is the light-emitting body, and the color of the computer is the light color itself. Therefore, if the computer is mixed, it is the addition of the light color.

7. How do I understand the color of printing or adjustment paint? Color is used for different colors. A and B are mixed to absorb light ~ A and B pigments absorb light ~ B. the pigment absorption obtained is the union of the two ~ Au ~ B. The color is the complement of the previous value ~ (~ Au ~ B ). That is, the remaining colors are absorbed by a and B. The more colors the configuration has, the more powerful the absorption. When all the blue, red, and yellow colors are matched, all of them are absorbed. What you see is black.

In addition: If you want to cut a video image, you cannot use several common tools. In the end, you can use the f5.
