Lucene. Net is a transplanted version of Lucene on the dot NET platform. Like Lucene, it provides a set of APIs that allow us to quickly develop our own search engine. Of course, it is full-text search. It is not Program It cannot be run immediately. You must implement the logical process on your own. This is the same framework as. NET Framework. Lucene is written in Java, and then derived from nutch, and then derived from hadoop. These can be said to have no internal connection with Lucene, but they can expand the application scale of Lucene. At present, the dot NET platform has not released any transplantation programs for nutch and hadoop. But with Lucene. net, we should be glad that we have been able to do many things.
Lucene and Lucene. NET are currently open-source projects of the Apache Foundation.
Java can be found here:
Http://lucene.apache.org/ ;
DOTNET can be found here:

Currently, the latest version of Java is 2.3.2, while Lucene. NET is 2.3.1. The latest source code can be downloaded from here
