M8 Registry Editor

I modified the original driver debugging assistant a little, and now it can be used normally on M8. In addition to the slightly uncoordinated font, other functions are also supported.

This version adds the Registry monitoring function for wince6.0, but only monitors which primary keys have changed, but not the specific location of the change.
