In order to help users better control the MAC device, the OS x system provides some handy touch pad gestures. So can we just start our most popular apps with a simple gesture? In fact, we can work with an application called Bettertouchtool.
Bettertouchtool is a paid application offering a 45-day free trial period, which provides new settings for various input devices for Mac devices. If you have also downloaded and installed the application, follow these steps to create a handy application startup gesture.
1. Open Bettertouchtool.
2. Click Gestures (Gesture)-trackpads (Touch pad) and select the "Global" option in the upper right of the window.
3. Click the "Add new gesture" option at the bottom of the window and select the touch pad gesture you want to use, for example, with the finger click.
4. Then we need to apply the third step of the predefined actions to specific applications, such as launching the Chrome browser. At this point, we can quickly start the Chrome browser by simply clicking on the trackpad.
