March 3, 2006 8.0.1Update
The product update fixes the error in Dreamweaver 8.0. All Dreamweaver 8.0 users should apply this update, regardless of the operating system they are using. This update will update Dreamweaver 8.0 to version 8.0.1. A complete release note will be provided.
8.0.1 update fixes the problem
The 8.0.1 update is used to correct errors in Dreamweaver 8 on the Macintosh and Windows platforms. Some of the more important issues addressed here are listed below. For a list of all errors that are fixed, visit the Adobe web site *.
Start
This update fixes a problem that occurs when a Dreamweaver fails to start in a few days.
Files Panel (Macintosh)
The Dreamweaver on the Macintosh takes a long time to resize the files panel, and if the resources panel contains a large number of image files, it also takes a long time to display, and the update fixes both issues.
File Timestamp (Windows)
Dreamweaver on Windows adds an incorrect timestamp to the remote file when uploading files over a local/remote connection, which fixes the error.
