Mark syntax errors when you type in a Word 2010 document

In a Word 2010 document, by enabling the Mark grammar errors as you type, you can use a green wavy line to mark a location where grammatical errors may exist when you enter content such as phrases and sentences. The steps to enable the Mark grammar errors as you type are described below:

Step 1th, open the Word 2010 document window, and click the file → options button, as shown in Figure 2012030907.

Step 2nd, open the Word Options dialog box and switch to the Proofing tab. When you correct spelling and grammar in Word, select the mark grammar errors as you type check box, and click the OK button, as shown in Figure 2012030908.
