We know that if you need to send messages to multiple objects in Outlook 2003, then only need to specify the recipient with a semicolon to enter multiple e-mail addresses or use the CC method, if more objects, you can use the distribution group way to achieve mass, but either way, to give people the impression is not too good, After all, it doesn't look too polite, hehe.
There are ways we can use contacts for mail merge, this is a process of adding names and addresses to a large number of distributed mailing labels, envelopes, form letters, classifications, e-mail messages, or faxes, which can be used to deliver bulk mail, without the feeling of "spam" when the recipient receives the message, It is especially suitable for enterprises to send commercial mails.
1th Step: Edit the Contact list
For ease of operation, it is recommended that you first edit your contact list in Outlook 2003, which can be done in many ways, either manually or from Outlook Express, Foxmail, or other files.
2nd Step: Edit the message
To ensure that the mail merge function works, we must use Word 2002 or later. First of all, type the appropriate message content and formatting in Figure 1, and then open the Mail Merge task pane.
3rd Step: Select recipients
It is clear that we should choose "e-mail" as the document type, so that you can send e-mail to a group of people, click the Next button two times to go to the "Select Recipient" Step, as shown in Figure 2, because we have finished creating the contact list in Outlook 2003, So here you can select the "Select from Outlook Contacts" item, and then in the Figure 3 window, select all recipients that need to receive the message, and then click OK to return to the Mail Merge Wizard.
If the recipient address is saved in a text file or Excel worksheet, you should select the Use an existing list item.
