According to the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on registration of accounts and other relevant regulations, there are no cross-region urban migration regulations in our city.

1. City migration not across the SAR line

(1) An application for migration due to three reasons: marriage, divorce, mutual integration of parents and children, and migration of house purchases.

(2) The local migration application for non-spouse, non-parent-child relationship to another person's household on the grounds of "actually living together, you must submit a written application only after one month of your stay.

(3) After the actual living conditions disappear (that is, the real estate is demolished, seized, seized, withdrawn, transferred or removed), the original household register will apply for an account migration.

(4) If the organizational unit changes, the members of the collective household shall promptly handle the migration within the city.

(5) If the enterprise registration and filing address changes, the whole household shall be relocated.

(6) accounts to be migrated within the city due to adoption or dissolution of the adoption relationship.

(7) If the customer needs to settle at the address because they live in their own legal real estate, and the address has already been registered with another user's account (such as the transfer of the real estate ), it should be handled.

Ii. Evidentiary materials to be provided

Provide relevant evidentiary materials based on different situations:

(1) Applicant's ID card and household register (1 copy, original verification );

(2) Marriage Certificate or divorce certificate (1 copy, original verification );

(3) birth certificates for children (one copy and one original copy );

(4) real estate license (1 copy, original verification );

(5) evidentiary documents issued by the applicant's organization that belong to its employees (one original copy );

(6) evidentiary documents issued by the Organization for the change of the collective account address (one original copy );

(7) The non-business certificate (one original), the unemployment certificate, and the waiting certificate (one copy and one original) issued by the sub-district office where the applicant's account is located );

(8) proof of receipt or rejection (1 copy, original );

(9) The applicant shall have a one-inch bareheaded photo.

3. Handling Procedures

The city migration process is "paperless one-stop" between the two police stations that implement "citywide communication", that is, the proposed relocation site will directly handle the process without using the city migration documents. Except for the migration of whole households to use specialized tables, internal migration to the escrow households do not use any tables, for other city migrations, the parties shall fill in the Shenzhen City residents migration declaration form and provide the required documents. (4) If the organizational unit changes, the members of the collective household shall promptly handle the migration within the city. The residence Police of the police station to be migrated to the local police station shall directly handle the application on the report form, original unit and proof of current unit, and the pages of the parties involved in the residence booklet. If a member of a collective account leaves the company without a new recipient or whose whereabouts are unknown, the administrator or owner of the collective account shall report to the police station in the jurisdiction in a timely manner, the resident police of the police station to be migrated to the local police station shall notify the police to mobilize or migrate the domicile indicated by the Organization to the escrow household.

(5) If the enterprise registration and filing address changes, the whole household shall be relocated. The household register police of the police station to be relocated should directly handle the "Application Form for collection households Management in Shenzhen City" and relevant documents and documents filled in by the Unit. (7) If the customer needs to settle at the address because they live in their own legal real estate, and the address has already been registered with another user's account (such as the transfer of the real estate ), the police station can accept the situation and use the same address and house number. At the same time, the original house can be migrated to the escrow house after two mobilization (15 days later). If no notification is sent, the former can be migrated to the escrow house on the spot.

Others, the handling of all administrative matters related to household administration and Population Management accepted by the municipal bureau, branch office, and police station business police shall be suspended, and the handling of such cases shall be handled only after the parties fulfill their obligations; if an out-of-office employee or a person in the police station of the district deems it inappropriate to migrate his/her account, he/she must report it to the Population Section of the Police Station of the district for approval.

After receiving the relevant applications, the police stations must check the evidentiary materials in detail. If the application conditions are met, the application is generally handled on the spot. If the application conditions are not met, the application will not be accepted and the reason will be informed. If the application is fraudulent, the application will not be applied and the application materials will be confiscated.
