MATLAB installation under Ubuntu

1. Download Ubuntu version matlab2016b

Installing RAR decompression Tools

sudo Install rar

Go to download directory, select Matlab 2016b Linux64 crack.rar, right click "Extract here".

2. Mounting

Create directories to store mounted files, such as MATLAB, into the directory containing the Matlabxxx.iso files.

sudo Mount -O-loop r2016b_glnxa64_dvd1.iso/home/shuailing/matlab/

3. Installation

Open a new terminal, enter

sudo matlab/install

In the popup screen follow the prompts to proceed, to the "Provide file installation Key", this step, open the extracted crack folder in the Readme.txt, copy the following registration code

09806-07443-53955-64350-21751-41297

When installing to the 80% hint, insert another ISO disc, and this time start mounting another one.

sudo Mount -O-loop r2016b_glnxa64_dvd2.iso/home/shuailing/matlab/

Click OK on the installation screen to continue the installation.

After the installation is complete, uninstall MATLAB and remove the MATLAB directory.

sudo Umount matlab
Matlab
sudo rm -RF matlab

4. Activation

When the installation is complete, start MATLAB and prepare for activation. (activation requires root permission)

Sudo/usr/local/matlab/r2016b/bin/matlab

Select "Manually activate without using the Internet" in the pop-up option, select it from the path that pops up, and license_standalone.lic in the crack file

then enter

/media/shuailing/data/deeplearning/downloads/linux/matlab 2016b Linux64 Crack/r2016b/bin/glnxa64

Copy all the files to the MATLAB installation path corresponding location.

sudo CP lib*/usr/local/matlab/r2016b/bin/glnxa64/

This completes the activation.

5. Shortcuts

Open terminal, install Matlab-support

sudo Install Matlab-support Matlab-support-dev

Enter the MATLAB installation path in the Pop-up dialog box

/usr/local/matlab/r2016b

The rest of the default, or not fill it out.
