Meeting at Microsoft -- watching Samsung meeting as you want

Recently, I borrowed a book from beiyou library called "a meeting is about to learn about Samsung". I suddenly thought that vonder at Microsoft had been working for more than a year and a half, and it would not be too small, this section also summarizes the memories of IFM.

 

Microsoft has three types of contact:

Second, the review class's meeting, review testcase, test plan, and so on. The team members sat together and decided to open a meeting room. Of this form also includes the old freshman who is very excitited to meet and guide P's meeting.

Third, for course-class meetings, other project teams have released new products for introduction, and also boast about others. Or a senior speaker will talk about his career.

 

IFM is similar, but it is mainly the second one. I have tried either of the three methods, but the effect is not good. It is basically an empty talk and brainwashing meeting. No way, the internal force is not used to drop the dragon's 18 ops. It can be imagined as Wang baquan.

 

The main idea of Samsung's book is to have a meeting less efficiently. Otherwise, the work will be inefficient for individuals and the Enterprise will be finished. I agree with this. When I think about IFM, the three-and-a-half-hour meeting is just like a nightmare.

 

I am not used to daily work meetings. Maybe Chinese people are not used to it either. Speaking too much is like bragging, and it seems nothing to do if you say you are less. In addition, the engineers do almost nothing to say every day. What everyone says is basically dry. The only benefit is that you cannot be lazy. If you have never done anything for a day, you have to make a joke. This is useful for PM, TM, and TL. Let's take a look at what our team has done and what the progress has been. In addition, there are many tasks that need cooperation between them. Maybe we don't have these soldiers involved? In addition, the daily report is a bit repetitive.

The Standing Meeting does have some effect. In general, this will not take a long time, but it is too cool. It is too long and tired to have content. The host should still have a string of simple meeting length in his mind.

 

After all, meeting efficiency is the focus.
