Mercury router settings: ADSL dial-up Internet router settings

FirstVroThe WAN port on the back is the network port connecting the ADSL cat and the computer network card connecting the LAN from 1 to 4.

Next, set the IP address of the computer: Right-click "Network neighbors" on the desktop-click "properties"

On the mercury router Management page, click "Settings wizard" on the left to set up the Internet.

Click Settings wizard-"Next"

Select the Internet access method. Select "ADSL virtual dialing" and click "Next"

Next, enter the Internet account and password assigned by the network operator and click "Next"

This is to select whether to enable the wireless function of the router. Click "Next" to complete the setting of the mercury router.

Click "running status" on the left to display the obtained IP address and DNS server.

Mercury router settings: Restore to factory default settings

If a vro fails or the vro is set by someone else, the factory settings of the vro can be restored. The following describes how to restore the factory settings of the mercury router:

To restore the settings of the mercury router to the default factory settings, follow these steps:

1. Disconnect the vro power.

2. press the RESET button.

3. Plug in the power source again.

4. When the SYS indicator is blinking, release the RESET button. Then, the router will return to the factory status.

Note:The power cannot be switched off before the router is fully started. Otherwise, the configuration may not be restored to the default value.
