In Microsoft Office 2007, Microsoft introduced a new file format: open XML. Because open XML is an open document format (based on two open technologies: XML and zip), it solves the problem that binary documents used by Microsoft Office in the past are hard to interact and are difficult to be used by third parties.ProgramAccess problems.
However, since Microsoft decided to submit open xmlto ISO, many people are still very concerned about the two-step document format (.doc,. xls,. ppt) from the feedback from the industry, and hope to get the relevant technical details.
After careful consideration, Microsoft decided to publish the binary document format used by Microsoft Office. Anyone and enterprises can obtain their technical specification documents free of charge without violating the relevant agreement. At present, no one will complain that Microsoft is "hiding", whether it is a brand new open XML format document or a binary format document in the past. :)
