This team was challenged with Re-enrolling we on-premises customers, while supporting their journey to the cloud at their Speed. We'll reaffirm IT pros that they can bet their businesses and their careers on SharePoint. We'll use the SharePoint ' s strong on-premises position to bring our customers to our cloud. We'll differentiate our offerings by continuing to being the Go-to solution for collaboration, content management, and port ALS, while we transform these experiences to meet our customers emerging needs in today's Mobile-first and Cloud-first wor LD.  

We is seeking strong software engineers to build system and engineering expertise for a new SharePoint center of Excellen Ce in Suzhou, China. As a key member of the team you'll:

? Define the technical direction of the team and drive the actual implementations with special emphasis on Engineeri Ng velocity and on ensuring quality through sound engineering processes

? Instill quality and excellence into the team culture by leading design and implementation efforts, actively mentoring the results, and make necessary adjustments

? Support recruiting efforts, ensure we is bringing top talents to the team

? Help to create a supportive work environment to foster career and personal developments for team members

Your success'll be measured by the engineering staff's ability to own and ship the SharePoint on-premises codebase. While we expect the multi-year journey, we ' re challenging ourselves to has a fully operational engineering pract Ice within a single calendar year. The ideal candidate must has:

? MS degree in computer Science or related field

? + years of experience building, deploying, and supporting large scale applications and services

? Excellent hands-on problem solving, design, coding, debugging, and data analysis skills

? Demonstrated experience managing and mentor an exceptional team of engineers

? Track record of self-motivation and drive for results

? Strong Cross-group collaboration skills, especially with remote groups many time zones removed

? Fluent in 中文版

? Strong/C + + or C # coding skills

? Experience with SharePoint development is highly desired
