Migrating both hosts and datacenters using Vmotion

In the virtual machine boot state, not at the same time vMotion and storage vMotion, of course, you can choose two steps, to migrate the host and data storage at the same time, you must shut down the virtual machine power, otherwise you cannot migrate the virtual machine. A migration to a host that is powered off is called a cold migration. With cold migration, you can choose to move the associated disk from one data store to another, or migrate a virtual machine from 1 data centers to another datacenter. Virtual machines do not need to reside on shared storage. VCenter server throws a warning when a virtual machine that is configured to have a 64-bit guest operating system is migrated to a host that does not support a 64-bit operating system. CPU compatibility checks are not applied when you cold migrate a virtual machine.
