have been using Mindjet MindManager to do mind mapping. Before using the mind map to write reading notes, always want to write clearly every point of knowledge, now want to be more effective. Mind mapping should be a tool that helps us to comb our knowledge points and clarify our ideas, rather than a dictionary-like tool.

Recently learning Spring, combined with Maven feel a little: the Convention is better than the configuration. In order to get the code concise, users need to pay a certain price-follow the convention. Spring's DI, which relies entirely on annotations, makes the code much simpler, but we also have to obey the rules.

If there is no agreement, then everyone has an additional learning cost for each project. If only because of preferences, do not break the agreement. Individuality often means sacrificing versatility, which means adding unnecessary complexity.
