In the previous article, we briefly listed the initialization modules involved in the modem startup process.
The following sections describe each part of initialization commands and their functions. This chapter describes basic initialization and device information initialization.
Basic initialization involves the initialization of the following modules:
1. initialize basic configuration information:
Load or reset the modem configuration file as needed, including the text message resident domain and the current Modem mode (voice, data, fax, etc )......

2. network initialization:
Including searching for networks, registering networks, and registering network status changes

3. Modem Recommended configuration information initialization:
If the default modem configuration does not meet your requirements, You can reset the configuration (such as CRC/cellular result codes, cmee/Code of mobile equipment error, and so on)
At command: At + cmee at + CRC
4. Set specific attributes such as the baud rate:

5. Save the current configuration information as the modem user configuration file:

Device information initialization:
1. Get the device IMEI:
IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) is an abbreviation of an international mobile device identity code. It is an electronic string consisting of 15 digits ".

2. Get modem device information:
Modem device information is divided into hardware information (including manufacturer name and module name) and software information (software version number)
At command: At + cgmi at + cgmm at + cgmr
3. Get the SIM card imsi:
The imsi (International Mobile subscriberidentification number) identifies different mobile users. It is stored in SIM cards and can be used to distinguish valid information of mobile users. The total length is no more than 15 characters ~ 9.
