Monitor monitoring of the OSD status in Ceph

1. The heartbeat is sent between the OSD
    A. OSD every 6 seconds, 
    you can set the OSD heartbeat interval in [OSD] to modify
    B. If you do not receive the heartbeat of the adjacent OSD within 20 seconds, The OSD status is considered down and reported to monitor.
    OSD can be set in [OSD] Heartbead grace to modify

2. The OSD reports to monitor
    A. OSD is continuously reported 3 times, after an OSD status is down, monitor will not mark the OSD status as down.
    You can set the Mon oSD min down reports in [Mon] to modify
    B. Only one OSD is required to perform the above actions by default.

3. OSD report failed processing
    a. If an OSD is not interoperable with any other OSD, the latest cluster map will be available to monitor every 30 seconds to set the
    OSD Mon Heartbeat in [OSD] Interval Modify

4. OSD reports its status
    a. The status is sent to monitor in the following cases:
        I. Occurrence of reportable event, including failure, PG stats change, up_ Thru changes, 5 seconds after the start of the second
        fixed interval, every 120 seconds
        can be set in [OSD] OSD Mon report interval Max to modify the
        minimum time interval between the sending status, available in the [OSD] Set the OSD Mon report interval min to modify. The default is 5 seconds.
    B. Monitor does not receive an OSD status for 900 seconds, Mark down to
    set the Mon OSD report timeout in [Mon] to modify
