I. Parameters for starting playback:
On the terminal, enter./mplayer to prompt for various help information.
-Vo <DRV [: Dev]> select the video output mode and device (use '-vo help' to view the list)
-AO <DRV [: Dev]> select the audio output mode and device (use '-ao help' to view the list)
-SS <timepos> searches for the specified location (How many seconds or hh: mm: SS)
-Nosound
-FS-VM-zoom full screen playback option (fullscr, vidmode chg, softw. Scale)
-X <x>-Y <Y> sets the playback resolution (used to change vidmode or software scaling)
-Sub <File> specifies the subtitle file used (see-subfps,-subdelay)
-Playlist <File> specifies to use a playlist file.
-Vid X-aid Y: select the video (X) and audio (y) streams used for playback.
-Fps x-srate Y: changes the video (x FPS) and audio (Y Hz) rates.
-PP <quality> Use post-processing filters (for details, see manpage/docs)
-Frameddrop uses frame-dropping (for slow machines)
Ii. control keys during playback
Basic control key: (for the complete list, see manpage and check the input. conf)
<-Or-> Search backward/forward for 10 seconds
Up or down search backward/forward for 1 minute
Pgup or pgdown backward/forward search for 10 minutes
<Or> jump to the first or next one in the playlist.
P or space pause (press any key to continue)
Q or ESC stops playing and releases
+ Or-adjust the audio latency +/-0.1 seconds
O-loop OSD mode: NONE/seekbar + Timer
* Or/increase or decrease the PCM volume
Z or X adjust subtitle latency +/-0.1 seconds
R or t to adjust the subtitle position. For details, see-VF expand!
