First, open Word (version 2016 for example) to create a new text document,

Click the Insert Toggle tab,

At the far right of the toolbar, select text from file in object, and locate the Word file you want to merge (in the same folder) in the pop-up window.

Click on the Start Switch tab and select the "style" below the font on the right side of the toolbar, then click on the cursor to any location on the document, select All (Ctrl + a) and click on the side pop-up "all clear" in the "style" menu, so that all the document format content will be cleared, so that everyone can edit the title, bar, Focus, and so on.
