MySpace China CEO Rochuan quit

Sina Science and technology news Beijing time September 8, according to several reports, MySpace China CEO Rochuan has resigned, because of the company's strategic direction on the issue of different views. MySpace has not officially commented on the matter.

Rochuan has been MSN China ceo,2006 years to join MySpace, the company in April 2007 released the first test version of myspace.cn.

MySpace China was set up to be independent of News Corp, but Rupert Murdoch, chairman and CEO of News Corp, the Chinese Lady Wendi, has always been the equivalent of chief strategist in the company.

News Corp holds only a minority stake in MySpace China, and other minority shareholders include the venture capital arm of the US International Data group and China's broadband industry fund. In addition, MySpace co-founder Tom Anderson and Chris Deworf (Chris DeWolfe) also own a minority stake.
