Chat, email sending, download, online video ...... Many of my friends perform these operations at the same time. How can I allocate a limited bandwidth? In this case, we only need to use NetLimiter to allocate bandwidth reasonably.
First install the installation program at http://www.netlimiter.com/download/nl_v130.exe. When the software is installed for the first time, a network configuration window will pop up. If you are using a LAN to access the Internet, select "Local Zone" (internal network). If you are using a direct connection, click "Internet Zone ".
After entering the main interface, we can see the program accessing the network in the main area of the window. In this case, we only need to select the corresponding program, and then in the "Down Limit" (download speed) or adjust the numbers in the "Up Limit" column so that the program downloads or uploads the content according to the allocated bandwidth (figure 1 ).
In fact, the program has a scheduled speed limit. Click the "Scheduler" button at the bottom of the main interface, switch to the rule panel, and click "Add New ", set the Time Limit in "Time" and "Date", and set the type "Download" in "Limit) or "Upload" (Upload), and then fill in a number in "Switch limit on to KB/s" to limit the bandwidth used. Then, click "Add. In this way, the administrator can speed up the client during peak hours to prevent them from occupying too much bandwidth.
