1. Pre-conditions

1.1 Ensure that the user's mailbox has been created and enabled, see Huang Jinhui column for information on how to create a user

1.2 Ensure that the mailbox-enabled MAPI feature is enabled (by default, the MAPI feature of the mailbox is on)

1.3 Make sure the computer is connected to the Internet and that the Office 365 Pro Plus (or office Plus) client is installed

2.  ConfigurationOutlook

2.1 Open Outlook, Next

2.2 Click "Yes" and the next step

2.3 Select "Email account", enter account information, next

2.4 Outllook will search through the public network Autodiscover records to the corresponding mail system

2.5 When the automatic configuration is complete, click "Finish"

2.6 Click "OK"

2.7 Reopen Outlook client, waiting for first use preparation

2.8 After the configuration, you can use Outlook and send and receive mail, click "File" in the upper left corner
