By the way, we do not advocate network collaboration. Now we use the Project Workspace template to create a new Workspace and share the work environment with AutumoonCooperator. Select Share Workspace in the Share button drop-down box and enter the AutumoonCooperator@live.com account in the Editor or Viewer bar (depending on the role of the other party ), then, send the shared notification. Next, log on to the AutumoonCooperator account, find this email in the inbox, and find the corresponding link to enter the shared Workspace.
