　　There are many shortcut keys in word operations, such as Ctrl + N, center Ctrl + e, and save the document Ctrl + S. Shortcut Keys make operations more convenient and accurate. If you cannot remember these shortcut keys at the moment, you just need to move the mouse over the toolbar button and the system will automatically pop up the shortcut keys for this button, however, the display screen shortcut function is not enabled in the default installation of office, so you have to enable it by yourself. Click "Tools"> "Custom" in the main word window, select "options" in the window that appears, and select "Display Shortcut Keys in the screen prompt ", click the close button (1 ).

Menu slimming

　　In word, there are a lot of commands under each tool menu, which are dazzling and you can choose the wrong one if you are careful. In fact, some commands are not needed at ordinary times. Therefore, many people always want to delete these relatively "Uncommon" commands, but also the word menu is concise. After running the word, press the combination key "Alt + Ctrl +-(short horizontal key)", then a black short crude line will appear on the screen, click the unneeded menu command to delete it (2 ). After this operation is performed, a "custom tool deletion shortcut" command will be added under the "Tools" menu, in the future, you only need to click it to delete the menu command (3 ).

Unlimited page turning

　　When you read a long article in word, if you think it is annoying to repeatedly flip pages, let the word automatically flip pages. Open the article to be read in word, and choose tools, macros, and macros from the menu ". In the displayed dialog box, select "word Command" in the macro location drop-down box ", select autoscroll in the list box of "macro name" and click "run" (4 ). Now, the mouse pointer automatically jumps to the scroll bar on the right. When the pointer is in the upper half of the scroll bar, it goes up, and in the lower half, it goes down. Add work menu

　　Work menu is a little-known important feature in word. You can use work menu to save commonly used Word files for quick access. Add a menu as follows: Select "Tools"> "Custom", select the "commands" tab, and click "built-in menu" in the "category" box ", drag "work" in the "command" box on the right to the menu bar or display toolbar (6 ). After you have drafted a file to save the disk, click "work" | "add to" work "menu". If you want to open the file again in the future, you do not need to go to the hard drive to find the West. You only need to click the "work" menu and select it from the drop-down list (7 ).
