Since I used Windows 7, I have never been better off, and the network has been disconnected by the standby mode.
Some colleagues installed oracle11g, sqlplus/As sysdba, error: ora-01031: insufficient privileges
Sqlnet. ora also sets system authentication, sqlnet. authentication_services = (ETS ).
Later it was found that the System user is not in the ora_dba group, and added from the Control Panel \ All control panel items \ User Accounts. Only one group can be selected, either ora_dba or administrators... It's like someone has taken your car and key and asked if you want a car or a key. For more information, see Computer Manager (compmgmt. MSC)-> local users and groups. Find the user, double-click User properties-> member of, and add the desired group.
This problem may not be caused by windows7, which never takes the Windows user group seriously and thinks it is useful in UNIX.
