Original: A small game in training

Before the communication training, there were no prepared warm-up games. When the meeting was about to begin, I was inspired and created a small communication game, which was fresh and never used before, after using it, the effect is quite good.

The game is designed as follows:
1. each team is headed by a Team Leader to conduct a mood Index Survey in the team. The mood index is divided into "clear", "Overcast", and "Rain". Each team reports that they are "clear ", whether it is "Overcast" or "Rain", and record the results;
Note: The team leader must be asked to make the atmosphere relaxed, so that everyone can be as open as possible and express their feelings. If they deliberately conceal their unpleasant feelings, they will lose their meaning;
If it is clear, the captain needs further investigation. If there is always something relatively unhappy, it should be regarded as "Overcast ". In this way, the results will not always be clear or not clear.
2. The captain reported in sequence the number of "clear", "Overcast", and "Rain" in his team. Then, the fun begins:
All the Yin and rain players stood up and said five words together: "We want to turn fine !";
The other players said, "we support you !"
Each team is executed in sequence.
