Outlook settings for yahoo.com.cn mailbox

Yahoo's attitude towards using outlook seems to be changing. Sometimes POP/SMTP is allowed for free, and sometimes force users to use the SMS notification function. Add an account in Outlook: Tools> accounts> Add> emails
