In this way, there will be a security risk, that is, no matter who can enter the IDC, the password can be restored.
The No service password-recovery command disables password recovery.
However, it will be difficult to remember the password after this operation. the only method is to delete all files in flash and then download the new image and configuration files from the TFTP server.
The procedure is as follows:
Prompt whether to delete the system: yes
Rommon #0> address = 192.168.1.1
Rommon #1> server = 192.168.1.7
Rommon #2> interface G0/1
Rommon #3> file asa821-k8.bin
Rommon #4> tftpdnld
After the configuration is correct, the image file is successfully filled, and then the previous configuration file copy tftp running-config

Juniper Firewall:
There is a serial number at the bottom of the device. Enter the serial number for all user names and passwords to restore the default configuration.
Get system can see the serial number
However, this will cause all configurations to be lost. Unlike cisco devices, juniper can only restore the configurations to the factory.
If the device is used for a long time, the serial number is worn out, and the device cannot log on again, there is another method:
To use the Reset restart button, you need to insert the needle twice for the pinhole instead of just inserting it. You must use it with the light. The first insertion will take about 4 seconds, then the light turns to red and green. After the needle is pulled out for about 1 second, the needle is inserted for about 4 seconds to complete the Reset operation.
