Any action you want to repeat can be done by creating a Photoshop batch program. For example, if you want to change the size of a picture in bulk, you can do so by doing the following.
1. Open any picture, in the Actions panel, click the New button
2. Change the name of the action in the New Action dialog box and click Record
3. The next step is to do the operations you want to batch, here is to change the image size
4. Then click the Stop button in the action panel
