1, create a new file 500*500 pixel.

2, with the elliptical marquee tool to draw a positive circle and then ctrl+j

3, and then the center of the circle to draw a concentric circle

4, do not cancel the selection by pressing the DELETE key to delete

5, the layer 1 again as a selection, and in the selection menu, select Modify Shrink, the value is 2

6, press ctrl+j key to generate Layer 2 and fill black

7, the graphic again, such as selection, stroke pixel 1

8, open a picture put it into the CD cover of this file, placed at the top layer of the layer, the use of shear group can be completed
