Photoshop Special Effects Example production Tutorial: Magnificent sunset

"Creator of the Clock God Show", Nature has many impressive works of art, perhaps you suffer from no camera, can not timely record these beautiful pictures. But if you have Photoshop, everything will work out. The following is a painting of the author with Photoshop, as shown in the following picture.

This sunset example of the production of the main use of Photoshop gradient tools, deepening tools, smudge tools, as well as Gaussian blur, dynamic blur, the substrate and other filter effects. The following is a detailed process for the entire drawing process.

(1) Select the "File-new" command, open the "New" dialog box, set its size to 2730*1530, of course, you can also set up autonomously. Then press the shortcut key "Ctrl+shift+n" to create a new layer "Layer 1".

(2) Select the Rectangular box selection tool from the toolbar and drag a selection in a blank document, as shown in the following illustration.

(3) Select the Brush tool from the toolbar, with layer 1 selected as the current layer, you can press the shortcut key "Ctrl +" or "Ctrl +"-"" to enlarge or decrease the brush diameter, as shown in the selections made in the previous step.

(4) Press the shortcut key "Ctrl+shift+n", new layer Layer 2. Select the rectangular selection tool from the toolbar, and drag the bottom edge of the coastal island up the rectangular selection, as shown in the following figure.

(5) Select the Gradient tool from the toolbar and click the gradient bar in the property bar to open the gradient editor in the gradient editor to adjust the color labels on both ends of the color to 244,140,51 and 24,42,89 respectively, as shown in the following figure.

(6) Select "Layer 2" as the current layer and drag the bottom up in the selection to show the gradient effect shown in Figure 6.

(7) In the Control Panel, drag layer 2 to the bottom of layer 1.

(9) Press the shortcut key "Ctrl+shift+n", New layer "Layer 3". Drag a rectangular selection on layer 3. Fill the foreground color with black and press the shortcut key "Alt+delete" to fill the selection with black and get the effect shown in Figure 7.

(10) Press the shortcut key "Ctrl+d" to cancel the selection. Select the filter-blur-Gaussian blur command, open the Gaussian Blur dialog box, set its radius to 160, and determine the effect as shown in the following figure.

(11) Select the edit-warp-twist command, the adjustment box appears, and then the left mouse button press and hold the node to adjust to get the figure shown below.

(12) In Control Panel, drag layer 3 onto the new Layer button on the bottom of the panel, copy it multiple times, and adjust the opacity of the layer as needed in the control Panel, resulting in the effect shown in Figure 10.

(13) Duplicate two times Layer 3, adjust it and place it in the position indicated by the arrow.

(14) In Control Panel, adjust their layer blending mode to "overlay" respectively, and get the result shown in the following figure.

(15) Press the shortcut key "Ctrl+shift+n", New layer "Layer 4". Sets the RGB value of the foreground color to 244,140, 51, and the RGB value of the background color to 24,42,89. Then select the filter-render-cloud command to get the cloud effect.

(16) Select the "Filter-sketch-base Highlight" command, open the "Base Highlights" dialog box, set the details of 15, smoothness of 1, the light for the next, determined to get the results shown in the following figure.

(17) Select the edit-transform-perspective command, the adjustment box appears, the nodes below each side to drag to the two sides to the following figure shape, and then press the shortcut key "ctrl+0" full canvas display.

(18) Press the shortcut key "Ctrl+shift+n", New layer "layer 5". Hides all layers except layer 1, Layer 2, Layer 3, layer 5, and so on. Select Layer 5 as the current layer, press the shortcut key "Ctrl+shift+alt+e", the print cover visible layer, and on "Layer 5" You can get the merged layers of all the visible layers. Then use the "edit" ︱ "free Transform" command, the adjustment box appears, in order to facilitate the size, you can press the shortcut key "Ctrl +"-"" to reduce the document, the layer 5 to adjust to the following figure size and position.

(19) Press the shortcut key "Ctrl+0" to display the full canvas after the confirmation.

(20) Adjust the blending mode of layer 5 to strong light in Control Panel. Then select the "Filter" ︱ "Blur" ︱ "motion blur" command, open the "Motion blur" dialog box, adjust the distance to 300, determined to get the results shown in Figure 17.

(21) Select the Burn tool from the toolbar and adjust the exposure to 10% in its property bar. Select "Layer 2" as the current layer, and make a detailed description of some parts as needed to get the effect shown in Figure 18.

(22) Select the Smudge tool from the toolbar and adjust the strength to 90% in its property bar. Select "Layer 5" as the current layer, and apply the appropriate smear to get the final result.
