The first step: open the material

Step 13th: Add a glowing background
Create a new layer, then use the Brush tool, and set the brush size: 1350, opaque to 25%. Then smear it on the back of the character.
14th Step: Add Soft light
Create a new layer on the character, and then set the blending mode to: soft light, opacity: 34%.
15th Step: Add Light
On all layers above the letter layer, select the Brush tool and use the following settings. Size in: 97-200, opacity: About 50%, here we draw some light, pay attention not to draw too much.
Step 16th: Change the color of the sky
Create a new layer and name it "blue gradient." Select the Brush tool to set the foreground color to light blue. Use your brushes with the following settings. Size: 1250, opacity: 53%, blending mode: soft light
Now we can see that the background has a blue effect.
17th step: Darken the boundary
Create a new layer above all layers and name it "boundary", fill it with black, then apply the Eraser tool smudge, set blending mode to: soft light, opaque to: 69%
