Photoshop to create a tutorial on how to make a CD cover

First look at the final effect:

First, set the foreground color to white and the background color to black. Open the New dialog box with the parameter settings as shown in figure:

Click OK to create a new layer, select the Elliptical Marquee tool

Then set the parameters in its property bar as follows:

Note that it must be a fixed size (this is the standard parameter set here, the disc is so large)

Select layer One, click in the workspace and show a 400x400px circle (if not a circle, then you do not have the Ellipse marquee properties set to a fixed size, or your computer screen Category:
