1. Open PS Create a new document, size is determined by your site specifications. and fill the background #1a1a1a. (Wood: In this step you can create a new layer, so as to facilitate your future changes.)
2. Double-click the layer, pop the layer style, and select a color gradient. and set the following:
3. To enhance the effect, add the inner shadow.
4. Create a new layer and then use a rectangular selection tool to draw a rectangle about half the size of the navigation. Fill #ffffff. Transparency 40%, change blending mode: overlay.
5. Now to do a cursor over the effect. Draw a small rectangle with a rectangular tool to make a push. and set the following figure:

6. Use the Text tool to add text to the navigation, and use a layer style with a stroke.
