Export steps:
1, Tools->export User Object ( the exported is a table statement (including the storage structure), Select options, Export. sql file
2. Tools->export tables-> SQL inserts Select options export specify some tables. sql file
Follow the checkmark to successfully export, import
3. Tools->export tables-> Oracle Export Select option Exporting. dmp files
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Import steps:
Note: It is better to delete the previous table before importing, except of course the import database.
1, Tools->import tables->sql inserts import. SQL file
After the SQL script is selected, click the "Import" button to start importing the data from the script into the database, which is performed once, and if the amount of data is large, the card will appear.
After execution, there is no error stating that the insertion was successful. "NOTE: Be sure to click Commit to commit the data, otherwise the data will not be submitted to the database for storage"
2, Tools->import talbes->oracle Import and then importing the DMP file
Some notes:
Tools->export User Objects exports the build table statements (including the storage structure)
Tools->export tables contains three kinds of export methods, three ways can be exported table structure and data, online said three ways are different, as follows:
? Oracle Export
?
SQL Insert
?
PL/SQL Developer
First Kindis the file format exported to. DMP, the. dmp file is binary, can be cross-platform, can also contain permissions, and is very efficient and most widely used.
The second Kindis exported as a. sql file, can be viewed with a text editor, versatility is better, but less efficient than the first, suitable for small data import and export. In particular, it is important to note that there are no large fields (Blob, clob, long) in the table, and if so, you will not be able to export (prompt for the following: table contains one or more long columns cannot export in SQL Format, user PL/SQL Developer format instead).
Third Kindis exported to. Pde format, the. PDE is PL/SQL Developer's own file format and can only be imported and exported using PL/SQL developer, and cannot be viewed with the editor.
