PL/SQL Display garbled

ORACLE11G is installed, but after installation is complete, PL/SQL displays garbled and then troubleshooting

1. See if your Oracle itself is garbled, enter Sqlplus in cmd, then log in to the local database, query a record with Chinese characters, and see if the display is correct.

2. Execute SELECT * from v$nls_parameters in your PL/SQL to see if Nls_language is Simplified Chinese

3. Go to the registry (Win+r, enter regedit) and find hkey_local_machine--on the outermost tree node "software"-ORACLE

Take a look at Nls_lang, whether

4 If the above steps you are consistent, then take a look at the system environment variables, computer---"Right-click, if there is no Nls_lang, then add on it,

5. Then restart your PL/SQL to do it.
