Dynamic Performance tables not accessible,
Automatic statistics disabled for this session

You can disable statistics in the preference menu, or obtanin select
Priviliges on the V $ session, V $ sesstat and V $ statname tables
This error is reported for the first time when I log on to the database to query the table. Anyone who has seen this error may have a solution

You have enabled the statistics function of PLSQL developer. In tools-> preferences-> options, remove the hooks before the automation statistics and save them.
