However, the resistance value selected upstairs does not seem suitable.
Assume that the on-going voltage drop of the LED is 1.66 V, the on-going current is 5mA, And the magnification of the tube is 50. You can calculate IB = 5/50 = 1mA. If you choose a 10 k resistor, then UB = 1 V, which can calculate the resistance value Re = (5-0.7-1.66-1)/5 = 328 ≈ 330ohm added to the E pole.
In the selected circuit, I just simulated it again. When the re resistance value is 470ohm, the current flowing through the LED is 049mA, and the base current is 32.252ua, which basically meets the driving current conditions.
Of course, the specific parameters should be determined based on the actual circuit components.
