If you choose a 10 k resistor, then UB = 1 V, which can calculate the resistance value Re = (5-0.7-1.66-1)/5 = 328 ≈ 330ohm added to the E pole.
In the selected circuit, I just simulated it again. When the re resistance value is 470ohm, the current flowing through the LED is 049mA, and the base current is 32.252ua, which basically meets the driving current conditions.
