PowerPoint Animation Tutorial: Document packaging and porting

Today we animate the methods and techniques for packaging in PowerPoint presentations.

When we copy a good presentation to another computer for playback, it does not play properly because the other computers do not have PowerPoint software installed. If you need to play properly, you can use the packaged method to implement it.

1, start PowerPoint, open the appropriate presentation document.

2. Execute the "file → package into CD" command, and open the Package for CD dialog box.

3, given a name, press the "Copy to Folder" command, open the Copy To Folder dialog box. Set the Save name and location, press "OK" button.

4, in the subsequent pop-up dialog box, press the "Confirm" button, the system can be presentations and players and other files copied to the above folder.

5, the whole copy of its folder to other computers, by running the "pptview.exe" file, you can play the corresponding presentation.

Note: If you select Copy to CD in the Package for CD dialog box, you can burn file records such as presentations and players to a CD, making it a disc that can be played automatically.
