PowerShell Tool Script---Cutting large text files by number of lines

I wrote a PowerShell tool script that "cuts large (text) files by number of rows", generating n small files. The main purpose is to enable Excel to process quickly. Or use scripts to process text concurrently.

Attention:

1 if necessary, you can first use other tools to sort the big text by line.

2 because PowerShell itself can automatically recognize Win,linux line breaks. Therefore, this script does not have the line-breaking parameter, also can branch correctly.

3 win7+powershell2.0 test passed.
