PPT template how to import ppt

Download on Microsoft website (like other websites) template import

In the PPT software menu bar, turn on the menu--format--Topics--microsoft other topics on Office online. (If not open, you can directly login to Microsoft China website)

On the Microsoft China Official website, click on the "Power Point" page in the navigation bar "template" To find the template you need and click "Download".

Open the downloaded ppt, turn on the menu--format--theme--Save the current topic.

This way, you can import the downloaded template on the other ppt.

Self-made template import method

In the PPT software menu bar, turn on the menu--view--master--the slide master. Go to slide master view.

After entering the slide master view, the menu-insert--picture--Select as the PPT background image--insert.

Resize the picture, turn on the menu--format--theme--Save the current topic. This way, you can import the downloaded template on the other ppt. (similar to the previous step)
