Print nonadjacent Excel areas on the same page

Sometimes we don't want to print an entire table in Excel, just want to print part of the data, for example, to print multiple nonadjacent areas of data on the same page, how do you do in Excel 2010?

STEP01 open the. xls table file you want to print. Make a view of the entire table first by clicking on the "View" menu, click the Custom View button in the Workbook View area to open View Manager, and then point to the Add button to the right, enter a view name in the Add View dialog box that pops up (for example, print all data), and then press OK to exit.

STEP02 Hide columns and rows that do not need to be printed in the table. First click the mouse to select the first column without printing, hold down the CTRL key, and then use the mouse to select the other columns to hide, so that you can select multiple noncontiguous columns. Move the mouse over the column name cell, right-click the mouse, hide in the pop-up menu, and hide all the columns without printing. Hide all lines that do not need to be printed as shown in the previous method. Next click the View menu, click the Custom View button to open View Manager, add a view that contains only the rows you want to print, such as a printed report, and then press OK to exit.

STEP03 need to print multiple nonadjacent areas on the same page, display the view in Excel 2010, such as a printed report, by clicking on the View menu, clicking the Custom View button, opening the View manager, selecting it (such as printing a report), and clicking the Show button. This way, the table has only the data you want to print.
