However, I found the cause. I installed a green pscs5 version temporarily because of my previous needs. The solution is as follows:

Go to the directory X: \ Program Files \ common files \ Adobe \ caps. X is the system disk path, depending on your system.

Delete all (. DB) files in this directory and reinstall PS CS6 to install PS cs6.
