Recover a deleted document

For some reasons, users in the operation of the computer, it is easy to delete the document mistakenly, but also empty the Recycle Bin, resulting in data loss. At this point, you can use professional software to retrieve the document.

FinalData is a file recovery program that can be used to retrieve deleted documents. The way to retrieve the document is as follows.

1. After starting the software, select "File" → "open", open "Select Drive", you can then select the drive letter of the deleted file in the Logical Drive tab, or select the hard drive in the physical drive option directly from your computer. When selected, the software scans the drive.

2. After the initial scan has been completed, the user is asked to select a disk partition search scope. If you know the approximate location of the deleted file on the disk, you can make a reasonable position adjustment from the start and end sliders. This shortens the time to scan the program. If you are not particularly knowledgeable, you can use the default settings for software, but it takes a long time.

3. After the completion of the program search, will automatically analyze the work, in the Software window appears all the files searched. You can see that the first character in some files becomes "#", which indicates that the item was deleted.

4. Locate the file you want to recover, right-click to select Restore, and select Save path to complete the recovery document.
