Windows multi-user logon method has a convenient side, but it also has a headache for users. For example, even though you set up a password for your account or otherwise set it up, disable software, play games, and browse pornographic sites, he or she can still create a new account, and then install software, play games, and browse yellow websites. There are many ways to solve this problem, this article and you share is one of them.
Click the Start Menu logo, enter "Secpol.msc" at "Search programs and Files", return to open the Local Security Policy dialog box, double-click to open User Rights assignment, and in the right window, locate and double-click "Allow open locally" (Figure 1).

In the pop-up dialog box (take the Guset account for example), select Guest, and then click the "Delete" button in the lower-right section (Figure 2).

When you have finished modifying, click the OK button to save the settings for this item. Return to Figure 1, locate and double-click deny local logon in the right window, and then delete the Guest account, and save the settings exit (Figure 3).

Small tip:
The setting priority in Figure 3 has no higher precedence than the setting in Figure 2. This means that if you set a user to login in Figure 2, but in Figure 3 it is incorrectly set to deny logon, the system will be set in Figure 2.
With the above setup, you can solve the problem of "being" installed software to some extent. But at the same time, modify this setting, may affect some program client's normal operation, the individual software may also appear the Program compatibility error and so on.
